Solid Fuel Fireplace Installation

After work, Paul and I took the new solid fuel fireplace out to the boat:

Loading up the dinghy, fireplace securely in hand!

Attaching it to the cabin wall for a "rough fit."
Next we will need to affix heat-proof stone on the wall behind the stove.

Perfectly STRAIGHT!
AWWW-RIGHT!

Seriously though, isn't it cute like an Easybake Oven????
This fireplace burns small pieces of wood, wood pellets, Presto-Logs and briquettes.

Next, we install the flues, then drill a hole through the roof and put in the chimney!

As the sun sets on yet another beautiful day on Fisherman Bay, the happy carpenter rows back to shore...

Pour quois?  What's that???

...To be continued.
